Guiding Good Choices is an evidence-based, interactive prevention program that provides the families of children age 9-14 with the skills and knowledge to reduce the risk that their children will use drugs. This program is offered by the Howard County State’s Attorney’s Office and HC DrugFree in partnership with the Howard County Health Department.

In order to help our flu clinic run smoothly, we are looking for volunteers to go to classrooms to collect students.

November 26th marks the beginning of Start With Hello Week at Northfield. Throughout the week, your child will have an opportunity to participate in various activities geared towards inclusion and overcoming social isolation. Here is a sneak peak of what's to come!

We are excited to bring Reflections back to NES this year! The National PTA Reflections program is PTA's cornerstone arts program.

The Diversity Committee meets once per month to discuss and plan for ways in which we can make Northfield a culturally inclusive environment for all of its stakeholders. We are looking for parent input and involvement.

MAP Testing Dates for the '18-'19 school year are posted.

Current 4th and 5th graders that took the PARCC assessment at NES or another HCPSS school last year will receive their home reports on Friday, September 14th.

Please help us promote healthy hands in the cafeteria.
