You are invited to attend the annual Unheard Perspectives Showcase, hosted by the HCPSS Elementary Social Studies office, Black Student Achievement Program, and the Gifted and Talented Office. The program features students in grades 3-5 who volunteered to learn more about innovators in America History whose perspectives were often underrepresented.
Visit Hammond Middle School on Saturday, February 29th, from 8am - 1pm and see Unheard Perspective presentations from across our county. Northfield will have 3 groups competing at this event.
Students will showcase their knowledge and findings through a visual presentation, display or performance. In addition, there will be interactive exhibits about the history of innovators from community and national organizations.
