Scheduling Fall Parent Teacher Conferences

The majority of parent-teacher conferences will be scheduled on Monday, Nov. 19th and Tuesday, Nov. 20th between 12:40 pm and 7:00 pm.   Some of our teachers will be offering conferences on Wednesday, November 21st during the day instead of evening conferences on Monday and Tuesday.  Additionally, some teachers will  be offering morning conferences on Monday and Tuesday.   You will be able to view your child's homeroom teacher's schedule beginning on November 8th. 

 

All parent-teacher conferences will be scheduled by parents via Synergy. Parents will be able to schedule conferences beginning November 8th through November 18th.

 

For our fall parent-teacher conferences, parents will be able to schedule one conference with their child's homeroom teacher only. This will be an English Language Arts conference. Parents aren't able to schedule conferences will each of their children's teachers during the conference window because there are a limited number of times available and we want to ensure that every parent gets at least one conference with the ELA/Homeroom teacher. Parents will be able to schedule a conference with their child's math teacher during our winter conference window. Parents are able to schedule an additional conference with a Related Arts teacher if they wish by contacting the front office.

 

Conference times for students who participate in our Supportive Reading program with Mrs. Flajnik and any conferences requiring interpreter services have been pre-scheduled. These parents will receive a letter indicating their conference time. This is to ensure the appropriate staff can attend these meetings.
