**** If after reviewing these resources, your family continues to need support, please complete the Technology Support Form at  https://forms.gle/9ENN9bDr837o2Uaz9  and one of our staff members will reach out to you as soon as possible. If you cannot access the online form for any reason, please call the school at 410-313-2806.

 

Staff will attempt to resolve the issue, and if unsuccessful will provide directions for exchanging the broken device for a working one at the school system’s Onsite Technology Center:

 

Effective on Tuesday, August 17, the HCPSS Technology Support Center site at the ARL is now closed. 

At this time, student devices may be returned to the Technology Support Center at Old Bushy Park. 

  • Old Bushy Park Elementary School, Room E2 (door to the left of the front entrance), 2690 Route 97, Glenwood (Building is between Glenwood Middle School and Bushy Park Elementary School)

Students who return broken devices will receive new devices at their school once the school year begins.

HCPSS will open a new Technology Support Center as soon as possible. When one opens, that information will be posted online and shared with staff and families.

Technology Support Center summer hours are currently in effect:

  • Mondays: 7:30 a.m.–12:30 p.m.
  • Wednesdays: 1 p.m.–4 p.m.
  • Fridays: 7:30 a.m.–12:30 p.m.

Please note that Technology Support Centers are closed any day that HCPSS offices are closed

PLEASE NOTE : We have received many calls that students have not been able to log on or access grid view on their Chromebooks. If that happens, please complete the following steps:

1. Shut down
2. Turn on and log in
3. Click “ok” when prompted to update Chrome
4. Let the update finish before doing anything

 

If you completed your Family File and you are still NOT getting Northfield News in your email,  please use this form to report issues about receiving HCPSS district/school emails and/or text messaging.  As of now, families who completed this year's Family File should be receiving emails from both HCPSS and NES as of August 2, 2021.  Not getting our Northfield News for 2021-22?
