All student medications will need to be picked up from the health room by the end of the last day of school (June 14, 2017) by 12:30pm.  Any medication not picked up will be discarded.  If your student currently has medications in the health room, we will be sending home new medication order forms for next school year.  These new forms must be dated on or after July 1, 2017.  They can also be found on the HCPSS website:  http://www.hcpss.org/health/medications/
