The evidence that links healthy eating and physical activity to academic achievement is overwhelmingly positive.
We recently read another article that compared exercise to ADHD medicine. As we see an increase in students diagnosed with ADHD, and those who struggle with inattentiveness, we know frequent movement and exercise breaks are even that much more critical to student success.
