The Flu Shot Clinic will take place on Tuesday, November 1, 2016 for those students who have previously brought in consent forms.  If you returned the consent form, but have since had your child receive the flu shot elsewhere, please email amy_wilson@hcpss.org or call the health room at 410-313-2806 to let the health services staff know that your child will no longer need the vaccine and to disregard the consent form. Please make sure that your child wears a short-sleeved shirt on Tuesday if he/she is receiving the vaccination.
