Welcome to Burleigh Manor Middle School! Making a move to middle school can be exciting yet anxiety-producing at the same time. Several events are planned to keep you informed. The first event is our Middle School Parent and Gifted and Talented orientations. Mark your calendars for these important events!

Middle School Parent Orientation: Thursday, January 25th, 6:40-7:15 p.m.

6th Grade GT Parent Orientation: Thursday, January 25th, at 7:15 p.m.

Our middle school parent orientation is the first important date that will help you make informed decisions about your child’s sixth grade course selection. From 6:30 to 7:15 p.m. in the school cafeteria, we will share with you the middle school schedule and its course options, as well as what to expect during your child’s middle school years. Paired with this orientation is the G/T Parent Orientation and it is open to all parents.

Burleigh Manor Middle School’s Gifted and Talented Program Parent Orientation

Once the sixth grade parent orientation is complete, you are invited to join Ms. Robyn Page, Gifted and Talented Resource Teacher at Burleigh Manor Middle School, from 7:15 - 8:00 p.m. for an orientation to the middle school G/T program. Ms. Page will provide information on G/T content classes as well as the many G/T instructional seminars open to all students. All parents are welcome and encouraged to attend, even if your student is not presently participating in the G/T program.

Questions? Mrs. Propert can be reached at Laura_Propert@hcpss.org and Ms. Page can be reached at Robyn_Page@hcpss.org. Both can be reached by phone at 410-313-2507.
