Important Dates for Students
Entering Kindergarten for 2018-19
March 5 – March 9, 2018 = Kindergarten Registration
Mon.- Fri. 9:00am – 2:00pm & in addition,
Thursday evening from 3:30pm – 6:00pm at Northfield Elementary
Even if parents completed their Kindergarten Registration online, according to Howard County procedure, the registration will not be considered complete until parents come to Northfield to show photo ID and to complete additional forms.
May 3, 2018 = Kindergarten Orientation
9:15 - 10:15am at Northfield Elementary for Parents Only
Testing for Incoming Kindergarten students
May 29, May 30, 2018 - 1:00pm – 6:00pm
May 31, June 1, 2018 – 1:00pm – 3:00pm
June 1, 2018 = Popsicles on the Playground
3:20pm – 3:45pm
August 29, 2018 = Back to School Night for Kindergarten Parents
6:30pm – 8:00pm
August 31, 2018 = Open House for all incoming Kindergarten students
10:00am-11:00am
First Day of School for All Students
