Please find below information regarding technology support for fall virtual instruction that includes both self-help resources and how to request technology support. Also scroll down if you are not receiving Northfield News.

**** If after reviewing these resources, your family continues to need support, please complete the Technology Support Form at  https://forms.gle/9ENN9bDr837o2Uaz9  and one of our staff members will reach out to you as soon as possible. If you cannot access the online form for any reason, please call the school at 410-313-2806.

Staff will attempt to resolve the issue, and if unsuccessful will provide directions for exchanging the broken device for a working one at the school system’s Onsite Technology Center.

PLEASE NOTE : We have received many calls that students have not been able to log on or access grid view on their Chromebooks. If that happens, please complete the following steps:

1. Shut down
2. Turn on and log in
3. Click “ok” when prompted to update Chrome
4. Let the update finish before doing anything
