SECAC Awards:  The SECAC (Special Education Citizens Advisory Council) Educator Awards are on May 1, 2019 from 7:00-8:30pm at River Hill HS. Every year, SECAC allows parents and staff to nominate those staff members that have gone above and beyond in the supports they give for HCPSS students with disabilities.  Parents/Guardians can nominate your school’s educators at SECAC Recognition Form 2019.
